Mower dont want to start

March 19, 2025

When mowing a piece of soft cable stuck on the axe from underneath. I removed it but since then the machine do not want to start. I did put some oil, SAE 30. IM TO remove the sparkplug. I donot know if it uses carbon neither oilfilter. Could someone assist me to put it running again ?
