Great bargain for the money! A very light easy to handle no-nonsense machine with awesome power!
A very simplistic easy to use lawn mower. Very light weight and easy to steer with the large rear wheels. I enjoy the fact that you do not do not need to mess with the cumbersome maintenance of clumsy self-propelled parts, belts, or baggers. The only downside I noticed about this machine is that the high lift blade draws a ton of dust and debris when using it for my lawn which isn’t particularly thick. I use the original blade for mulching only and put on a straight blade for mowing the lawn. Another bad thing it does not have throttle control which is kind of ridiculous. It only runs at one speed which many mowers do Nowadays. The motor has tremendous power and is a great mulcher. The only small thing I could say is that the top two screws on the handles keep coming loose. You have to keep tweaking the nuts but at least you don’t need any tools so it isn’t a huge deal. I may try to put some thread locker or something on them to keep them tight. I love the ability to change from mulcher to a side discharge with no tools. Overall I’m very happy with this more. The air filters (2 separate filters) are a bit of a strange design and gets dirty every single time I use it. At least it’s foam and you can reuse it I’m surprised the instructions never said anything about adding some oil to the foam. Normally you add a little bit of oil to the foam and squeeze it out to catch more dust.

Bought this when my electric mower decided to stop working at less than 2 years. I was disappointed in that electric one and gave it a try because of my wife wanting to go “greener”. the day the electric one stopped working I went to Menards and got this one. I love it. It was easy to assemble and started on the first pull. I love that smell of a gas mower. Just love it. It cut my lawn perfectly and I like all the height adjustments. I wasn’t too sure on this one, but it has been one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.
Backup mower for areas Tractor can't go
Side and rear ravine area that a conventional tractor cannot handle due to incline of slope. Able to horizontally cut this area with this mower. Very much does the job I was looking for.
A good mower out of the box
Purchased to replace my mower that had quit working. After seeing overpriced inferior machines at the improvement stores, I chose this as it had better options at a better price point. Assembly was easy, and it ran solid on my mind sized yard..it did a great job and looks like it should hold up well.

MY OLD LAWNMOWER DIED, AND IT WAS VERRY OLD, AND THIS PULSAR 21″ BIG WHEEL, IS AN EXCELLENT, VALUE, FOR THE MONEY, AND I USED IT FOR THE FIRST TIME, TODAY, THIS MORNING TOO MOW OUR GRASS AND IT WORKS EXCELLENT, EVEN THOUGHT, IT IS NOT SELF PRPOPELLED, LIKE MY OLD LAWNMOWER WAS, BUT, I AM A VERRY STRONG MAN, AND CAN PUSH IT FINE, MOWING THE GRASS.
