I brought a pulsar lawnmower PTG1221A2
First of all the product can with a broken part in the box. I call a month ago to see if you can send me a replacement part. I could not find my receipt the representative told me that I had to have the receipt.So I told him I will pay for the replacement part and I want to order the part. The
said that they did not have any in stock. But it wil take about 15 days for a shipment to come in. So I asked to place an order he said just give me your email address and we notify you when it comes in. I am still waiting on the order which I should have to pay for. Will someone please contact me on the rear wheel cover. My number is 225-316-6642 please please someone contact me I cannot used the lawnmower without this cover. I was considerate I buying your pulsar product so please be considerate in taking care of my problem .
