Good little generator

July 11, 2024

My boyfriend has bought this about a month to a month and a half ago we have ran it off and on for that long and now it started to shut off and we could restart it and now it shut off and will not kick back over. We have black oil leaking out of it and not sure what to do. We have not had any issues until these started on us. We do like this generator very much.

This little generator is one tough machine. We have run hours for absolutely crazy amounts of hours and it just keeps firing up and running strong.

Only issue I’m having is oil. The mixture needed is too oily. Makes a mess outta where you set it up to runn. Also the exhaust is beginning to clog already. I have made some relief through adding a couple small holes in the exhaust or muffler body with a small self tapping screw. I’ve never seen a stroke run this well otherwise. I’ve even mixed to little oil and had it cold seize twice. Realized my mistake and added oil to my mixture, pull the cord and she starts right back up. It’s quite other than something that rattles like crazy from im guessing inside the crankcase. I’m overly impressed with the product

So it’s to early to give an honest review…

I’m a softball coach. I bought this for a pitching machine and it works well so far. Ran it for 2hrs. It’s surprisingly quiet, used a 10ft cord and very light. Probably an unusual oil mixture for alot of yous, 30:1 so think old lawnboys oil mixture.
